Required permission to install Parallel Remote Application Server

Hello everyone,
i'm looking for the software requirements to manage and installall Parallel Remote Application Server.
I see that in the administration guide talks about administrative privilege but i need more details to create an AD group that can install and manage RAS on AD infrastructure.
page 17:
Before proceeding, make sure that you are logged in to the computer where you'll be performing the installation with an account that has administrative privileges
Do you know if there is any documents on this?
