Resolution when turning to Full screen dosn't work

I have just updated to P4 and have some issues - here is one:
When I start Windows Vista in P4 it opens in 1440x900 minus Parallels program menues = 1439x768. In Parallels 3 it automaticly turned to the screen resolution 1440x900 using Alt+Enter key (Full screen mode). I don't want to adjust the resolution every time I start Windows, is there a fix?
