Resolution Won't Change On Fullscreen Mode!

Hello to all,

I have a new SR MBP 2.2ghz. When I go into fullscreen Windows, the resolution stays at 800 x 600, whereas it used to update to 1440 x 900 on my old Mac. Is this a Parallels 3.0 issue, an 8600m GT issue, or what?

Anyway to resolve?

p.s. yes, Parallels Tools are installed, but thats all.

I'm having the exact same problem if anyone can offer a way to fix this it would be much appreicated.

I have a new MBP 2.4 ghz - just installed Paralleles 3.0 and put Windows XP Professional on. It installed with Service Pack 1 and I just updated it to Service Pack 2.

In your Parallels VM configuration editor be sure you have "Enable custom screen resolutions' selected.

In the Parallels main menu --> Preference --> Appearance

De-select; Full Screen: [ ] Change Mac OS X resolution.
