Restore Parallels 11

Today i had to completely restore my iMac hard drive from Time Machine and while I have backups of of my Windows data files stored off line, it seems that I never backed up my pvm file and/or whatever else it takes to run the Parallels application. I recently upgraded to Parallels 11. Can I somehow download Parallels 11?

You can download Parallels Desktop 11 for Mac from here
If you haven't backed up the .pvm file and saved the important Windows data's offline, you can reinstall Windows and programs and move the data's.
