Restricting VM to a single hardware CPU (a.k.a. affinity)

When running Parallels 9 on OS 10.9, is it possible to restrict the VM to a single/specific hardware CPU? (As I understand it, this is called setting the VM process "affinity")

Yes, it is possible. Please go to VM Configure(http://kb.parallels.com/117287) -> General -> change CPU to 1.
