Returning user - cannot use legacy key because business reason

Hello - I haven't used Parallels in year, but I have a reason now. When I attempted to use my key, it says "This key cannot be used to activate Parallels Desktop", "This is a key for Parallels Desktop Business Edition...". When I try to download the business edition, it gives me the same error. What can I do to use it?

Thank you for the provided feedback.
To resolve your issue, please follow the steps below:
1. Uninstall the Parallels Desktop versions that you have installed (Open Finder > Applications > right-click on the Parallels Desktop app > Move to trash)
2. Download and install Parallels Desktop 10 from the link below:
http://download.parallels.com/desktop/v10/10.4.0-29337/ParallelsDesktop-10.4.0-29337.dmg
3. When asked for activation, use your Parallels Desktop 10 activation key.
