Right Click in Start Menu Not Working

I'm running Windows 7 on Parallels 7 and everything seems to work perfectly EXCEPT I can't right click in the Start Menu to add/rename/remove shortcuts or pin items to the startmenu or taskbar. Right clicking works properly in the host OSX and elsewhere in the Guest. This is pretty annoying because i can't modify the start menu programs at all. The problem exists in all of the Parallels modes including full screen.

Thoughts?
 
Windows 7 Start Menu cannot be changed, modified, or configured

I am having the same problem. I am trying to pin apps to the Start Menu and Get new icons in the start menu from configure (Run..., System Tools, etc...)

I cannot get anything to stay.
