There seems to be a bug in Parallels 19's "Network Conditioner". I'm running a "Rocky Linux 8" virtual machine, and I've been experiencing a lot of timeouts on certain communications. After some research, I found that this problem occurs when "Network Conditioner" is unchecked. If this check is enabled, the problem does not occur if the check is set to not actually restrict. We do not think this is a compatibility issue with "Rocky Linux 8". It is probably a problem on the Parallels side.
