I keep getting this icon pop up in the middle of the screen. I can;t seem to find any reason for it or what it means. Using latest Parallels with Windows 10 updated to latest version. Any help is appreciated.

Also, please clarify, this icon appears when you boot a virtual machine or after you start a specific application?
