Does anyone know of a way to get my MacBook Pro's Line In directed into Parallels ? I have recording software in a windows XP guest.... but no matter what I do, I am always recording from the MacBook Pro microphone.

yes, I need sorta the same thing. I'm trying to set my input recording on windows to be the sound that outputs from the streaming video I am recording but all I get is the mic from my macbook pro. I can't "switch" it over to windows.

Select your Audio-input source in Mac OS X System Preferences.
When it's set to Mic, Parallels will use the Mic.
Set it to Line-in... et voila ! Parallels will now use the Line-in.
