We have our first 2x server online and working great.
We have a mandate to put 2nd factor on all remote connections and we use RSA securID.
I setup the 2nd factor as Radius, set the settings to the Radius\RSA server, changed the port and did "check connection", set my attribute as global, nas.ip.address with a value.....all successful.
On a MAC, I was able to authenticate successfully with a OTP and my credentials. My problem is that on a Windows computer or iphone/ipad I keep getting failed authentication for the RSA. I have changed the logon types, etc.
There error that comes up is:"Check that proper attribute value pairs were configured" in the 2x log file.
Also, I just finished setting up the proper internal/external Dns name and I have a self-signed cert in there now, I am getting a 3rd party cert installed shortly.
From the RSA logs:
Successful logon from mac:
date/time user/2xservername passcode accpeted.
On Windows computers:
Unable to find user user@domain.com with matching password
Anyone have any ideas?
