Rundll32 Error, Vista Ultimate/Boot Camp 2.0 VM

Since creating "My Boot Camp" in Build 5582, I get the following error after Vista starts whether I boot-up in Boot Camp or in Parallels VM. The error message occurs after Vista has booted.

"Windows host process (Rundll32) has stopped working

Think it must have something to do with Parallels Tools as and Vista as I did not previously get this error when running Vista in Boot Camp 2.0.

Has anyone got a clue how to fix this annoying error message?
 
Disable NVidia Driver Helper Service

This error seems to be caused (for me at least) by the "NVidia Driver Helper Service" attempting to run in Parallels. I disabled this from running at startup by using msconfig (start -> run -> msconfig -> startup tab). After disabling this, restart your computer and you should be good.

If you then get the "Windows has blocked some startup programs" balloon upon restart, this can be disabled by the following steps:

1. Click the Blocked Startup Programs icon located next to the time on the taskbar.
2. Point at Run blocked program.
3. Select System Configuration Utility.
4. Check the "Don’t show this message or start System Configuration when Windows starts" in the System Configuration window and press OK.

Disabling this seems to have no effects on 3D performance when running boot camp. In my research, this program is only needed if you have overclocked your video card (or possibly changed some other settings with the nvidia tweak program).
