Running an old game on the new macbook m1

Hi, trying to run a very old Perfect World game through parallels. Learned everything I could, ended up installing parallels, Windows 11. The game launcher started and the game downloaded. When I run the game gives me this error: "this driver has been blocked from loading".
As far as I understand, either the game is not compatible and can not run it, or the problem in the signature of the driver. What kind - no idea.
Tried typing the command "bcdedit.exe /set nointegritychecks on" at the command line. It also gave me an error.
Please help me.
I need to make sure if there is even a way to run Perfect World on my Macbook m1, and if there isn't, to end my search and settle down.
If there is another way to run the game, I would be happy to help.

Если эта игра использует свой драйвер, то она не запустится на M1, потому что Arm Windows умеет эмулировать только обычные программы без драйверов.
