Running Mac software in windows environment using parallels

Before I purchase Parallels in order to run Windows on my Mac, I'd like to know if I can run MS Office for Mac within the Windows platform using Parallels or do I need to purchase and install MS Office for Windows in order to run it on the Windows platform on my Mac?
 
This is a Microsoft licensing question. Not a Parallels question. When you buy MS Office for Mac you do not automatically get MS Office for Windows. It does not allow you to get MS Office for Windows for free.

You need to buy MS Office for Windows to run MS Office on Windows.
