Running MS Office 365 in Parellels

There are a number of issues running Office 2011/Office 365 on a Mac and not being able to sync Outlook calendars and contacts. I'm hoping I can resolve this problem by running Office 365 under Parallels so I can sync across two MacBook Pros (Mavericks) and possibly my iPhone.

Does anyone have any experience with this setup or any suggestions?
