I was so happy to get my parallels up and running. I tried to install my daughters fisher-price Digital Arts&Crafts Studio, but the message I get is

The Video Adapter device driver is not properly installed or is not compatible. Installation will now terminate. Please try another computer, or contact Fisher-Price Customer Relations.

I've messed with video setting, googled the heck out of the issue, and even called Fisher Price. Direct X is checked, so that's not the problem.

Please help, I just can't figure this one out.
