Running Windows fullscreen on my secondary monitor?

Is there any way to accomplish this, preferably automatically so that when I launch an app it starts up on on my secondary monitor and (Windows) goes fullscreen there? When I try to launch it as fullscreen I loose the mouse pointer on the OS X monitor, and if I try to make it go fullscreen automatically it starts up on my primary monitor.

 

Okay, so I managed to do this myself, but is there any way to make Parallels start fullscreen on the second monitor automatically?

 

just resize the window from the bottom right corner with the mouse
