if Windows meets the system requirements of your application, then you can run it and use your app in a virtual machine

Samsung Notes is supposed to run on Windows. I installed the trial version of Parallels on my 2019 MacBook Pro and attempted to run Samsung Notes within Parallels. Error message said it was not compatible with OS. Now what?
