Screen/Area/Window Capture doesn't start

Hi friends,

I have a problem on my M1 Mac with Ventura 13.

Capture window lets me select a window, but after that the capture panel flashes briefly and closes again immediately.

I have given all permissions to the toolbox etc so that can't be the problem. It worked without problems until about 2 months ago.

Addition:
It just doesn't work as soon as I want to record the sound to it. If I record without sound, it works. I have now deleted the Parallels driver in the HAL folder, restarted Mac, installed and restarted again, but the problem is still there.
