Screen capture with option to select storage on demand

The ability to store screen capture to a location as default setting but having the ability to copy to clipboard on demand. For example, hold the Shift key while capturing the screen will store it so clipboard and ignore the preferences setting that is set to a directory. I often (multiple times a day) find myself changing the preferences setting from clipboard to pictures and vice versa.
