Screen color off in Vista guest OS

I was editing a photo in OS X and Vista today when I noticed the color in the guest OS to be way off. On the Mac side, the photo had vibrant colors but in Vista, it was really dull. I tried to look in Display Settings to try to adjust but I couldn't find anything.

How do I fix this?
 
First, make sure that Parallels Tools of the latest version are installed, then open display settings -> Settings -> Color quality (color depth) and set it to max 32bit
