When I was first exposed to Parallels Desktop the person showed me how he sort of flipped the screen from the Windows desktop to his OSX desktop. It looked really cool. I'm running OSX with Windows 7 on Parallels and I haven't figured out how to do that. Any help? Is there another application I need to download?

Flippin the screen is switching to different view. Start your Virtual Machine and then click on 'View' from the menu bar on the top and select the different views.
