It looks like this. Have used Parallels fine for a bit, then stopped using it. Came back today and now it's all fucked up. I tried quitting Parallels, Windows, restarting my Mac, yet still nothing.
When I first opened Parallels today it started out fine, but I lost my mouse upon entering Microsoft Edge. After freeing my mouse, I went to quit Windows, as nothing was moving on the Parallels screen. When I quit Windows from Parallels it says I am still downloading Parallels Tools, and must suspend it. Upon reopening everything I get this, time and time again. How do I fix this?
