Screen window too large.

When I first launch Parallels, the window in which it opens is so large that I can see or get too the Start Menu at the bottom. Is there any way to resize this window without having to into the full screen mode? Please Help.

I have the same problem occassionally and would certainly like to find what causes this problem. To correct, right-click the XP window and select "Properties". Then use the slider to select the screen size that you want.
