Screensaver resets idle

Configured RAS to idle connections after some time, but if a client's desktop goes to a screensaver and subsequently revived (unlocked) it causes the idled session to become active again despite the remote application is minimized to taskbar at the client. This is true on 16.5 and 15.

How do I set things so the client desktop screensaver does not reset an idled session timer?

Hi,
It looks like that local PC blocking or user's reentry trigger Parallels Client or the remote application. But we submitted the 3rd line request about this case already.

1. Open Control Panel.
2. In Control Panel select Appearance and Personalization.
3. Now Click on the Screen Saver tab.
4. In the Screen saver section, click the down arrow on the right side of the first box
5. Once the screen saver is selected and adjusted click on Apply, then click OK
