Screenshots ==> Capture Area function and other requests

1. It would be very useful to be able to move the set area in tiny increments using the up/down-left/right arrow keys.
2. Could a keyboard command be used to trigger the screenshot function?
3. As others have said, controlling the format of the screenshot filename would be helpful. I'd like to be able to include the active application and be able to number the screenshots sequentially. If date is included, I'd like to be able to control the date format.
