Whenever I try to take a screenshot with command+control+shift+4, it lets me draw my box for what I want to capture. However, after I select the target area, it seems the shift key gets stuck and prevents my screenshot from saving to the clipboard properly. I have checked my keyboard shortcuts in MAC and Parallels, and I don't see anything that would be conflicting with this combination. Any ideas?
