I am using Parallels 26 (trial), Windows 25H2 (trial) and MacOS Sequoia 15.4 (Macbook air M4)
I really like Parallels but there is one thing really annoying and make it uselles that is glitch during scrolling
Firstly, I read many other threads and I see there is a scrolling issue in Parallel 20 and windows 24H2 which problem is not similar mine. I tried reinstalling Parallels tool and mouse driver (which is suggested), none of them worked. My problem mostly scrolling delta has glitched. Let me clarify the problem;
- When I am in windows file explorer and use mouse (Master mx 2), I need to scroll wheel 5 times to scroll one line (I also played with one line or multi line scrolling in windows mouse settings but it didn't help since my problem is not about scroll speed but system doesnt detect my scroll command). Same problem is exist in the touchpad. I need to scroll more to activate scrolling. For example if I scroll +- 1mm in Mac application, any application react this movement and scroll a bit but in windows, I need to scroll at least 3-4mm to get scrolling. It is very obvious in file explorer and using mouse. 5 times I need to move the wheel to get scrolling
- Edge or chrome is also same. Scrolling seems laggy. When I scroll the touchpad using two finger, it doesn't detect until scroll more
- All other application has same effect but mostly windows programs suffer
I also tried the application at
https://forum.parallels.com/threads/excessive-mouse-wheel-acceleration-in-parallels.337709/ . I see that windows doesn't detect my scrolling even in touchpad and mouse or when it detects, values are jumping too high or too low so it explains why it is laggy
I hope there is a solution for it, otherwise I can't use it
