SD Memory card reader not seen in Windows 7

I have an SD Card reader working just fine on the Mac (Lion).
I am using Build 7.0.15052 of Parallels.
The Device manager recognizes the card as an "E:" drive, but it does not show up in the explorer nor can I "cd" or "dir" it from the command line.
Can somebody please provide troubleshooting steps?

Same thing here, but with build 7.0.15094

It shows E: in Explorer, but if I click on it, it asks if I want to format it.
