second monitor

Hi there,

I wanted to give parallels another chance to be my virtual platform and installed the latest V14.

I migrated my Vmware machine (windows 10 32 bit) and its working well.
I did an additional clean install using Windows 10 64 bit and its working fine too.
Just my last clean install using windows 10 32 bit is not able to access fullscreen mode while using my second monitor. The monitors are just flickering and the monitor driver crashes. Reinstalling parallel tools did not help.

Does someone has an idea how to solve this. It´s a productivity machine and without second monitor this would be a no go for using parallels.

Hi, did you get any error message before drivers crashing? Also please reproduce the issue, generate the problem report and reply us back with the report ID

There is no error message - just screen flickering for about 5 seconds when he tries to adjust the resolutions.
