Second post !! - activation limit "This license has reached its activation limit ..."

Hi,
This is my second post ! Please i need an awnser to work !
I changed my mac and I'm trying to activate parallels but am presented with the following error message?
"This license has reached its activation limit and can no longer be used to activate new product copies."
Can you please assist?
