We are running RAS 19, latest build as of this post. We are publishing remote PCs using a Remote PC Static Pool Provider in the VDI component of the farm. Users connect remotely via gateways authenticated with Azure AD, and that all works fine. Users can get to their assigned desktops and work normally. What is not working though is the Sessions tab on the left side of the RAS console, which rarely shows any active sessions, even when users have been connected for an hour or more. Also, under Farm / VDI / Sessions, nothing is showing up there either. It doesn't matter if we run the RAS console on a workstation or right on the connection broker server itself, the Sessions fail to populate. Our remote PCs exist in multiple subnets, if that makes any difference. Is anyone else seeing this issue, and if so, have you been able to resolve it?
