Setting USB latency time between laptop and external device

Hi, if I set the latency time between the MacBook Pro and external device in Linux under Parallels, do I need to change some settings under Mac OS? Does changing the latency time in the linux virtual machine automatically changes the latency time under Mac OS as well?

I've always had problem wıth USB debuggers in Paralles.. They work very well in Fusion and even in VirtualBox but in Parallels.. May the "no worry about it" be the problem? I really wish debuggers, such as TI's XDS, STLink work well in Paralles but not.. That's why I stopped using parallels and use a secondary laptop..
