Shared Clipboard not working Parallels V5 & XP

Hi,
I am evaluating Parallels 5.0.0220 for possible switch from Fusion.
I imported a virtual machine (XP Professional).
Parallels tools are install (and re-installed).
Guest OS has been restarted.
Copy and Paste between Mac and XP is not working.

Any ideas how to troubleshoot?
