Shared Folder Case Sensitivity

Is there any way to turn case sensitivity OFF in Shared Folder, so it plays nicer with Windows Apps?

how to setup sharefolder from mac os to windows os I tried 100 times but still, not worked. I can't access to usb when I am in windows os.
