Shared folder not visible via Remote Desktop

I am connecting to my Windows XP guest from another Mac via Microsoft Remote Desktop. This works fine, and with Parallels 3.0 I had no difficulties accessing my home folder which I have configured to be shared with Windows from the host OS. After upgrading to Parallels 4.0, I can still see the shared folder when working directly on the host machine. When I access Windows via Remote Desktop, however, the shared folder is not visible. Is this a known issue? Is there something I have to do to configured Parallels and/or Remote Desktop so that the shared folder is visible?
