Shared folders not showing on the Mac

HI I have Parallels version 3.0 build 5582 and I did create a shared folder with the proper methods.

Edit > virtual machine
ADD then type in name with the boxes checked


And the folder I created is not viewable on the Mac desktop.

This is where I need it to be.

Thanks for your help in advance.

P.S I my usb key always freezes Parallels
