Shared networking doesn't work

I updated to Mac 10.5.4 today, and now shared networking no longer works. I rebooted the Mac twice after the update, started the VM, reinstalled tools, rebooted VM, and still won't connect. Any ideas?

 

try sudo killall -HUP pvsnatd
If it doesn't help reinstall Parallels Desktop as described in http://kb.parallels.com/en/4790
