Shared networking greyed out??

Hello,

I just upgraded from 1940 to 1966, and the new shared networking option is grayed out in my XP VM.

Here is my upgrade procedure:
Uninstall 1940 using the uninstaller.
Reboot.
Install 1966 using installer.
Reboot.
Fire up the VM, install Parallels tools.
Reboot VM.
Shutdown VM.
Go into options, shared networking is greyed out.

I do not have internet sharing enabled on my Mac.

Any ideas as to what could be causing this?
