for some reason i cannot share office files between mac and wndows through my shared folder... i have microsoft office on both(04 on macbook and 03 under windows)
there have been reports on issues with shared folders . Use networking to map your OS X shared space as a volume under windows. That way you are using protocols that verify that the data won't get corrupted. Do some searches in the forums, lots discussion on moving files between parallels VM and Mac OS X
