Hi,
I have a Fedora 7 guest OS on Parallels Desktop for Mac OSX. Within OSX I'm using a Cisco VPN client to connect to my corporate VPN. The VPN within OSX works fine.
However - inside the Linux OS I cannot access servers on the VPN. A typical problem you might think. Here's the weird part...
Within Linux:
* DNS resolution for servers inside the VPN works fine
* I can connect to webservers inside the VPN. I get the title of the webpage, but then nothing else
* If I try to download files using wget, it connects but then just hangs, like nothing is being sent
* I cannot connect to servers inside the VPN using ssh
Has anyone come across this sort of partial VPN access before?
Oh, I'm using shared networking BTW.
Many thanks,
kevin
