Sharing VM with multiple users

I built a VM in Parallels for Mac, copied it up to a Windows file share, copied it down to multiple Windows machines in the All Users, Shared Docs, Public Parallels folder. Why can't I open it in Parallels on the Windows machine? It says I don't have enough rights or permissions couldn't be set on each item in the package. This worked when copying the VM straight to an XP machine, skipping the file share. Any help is greatly appreciated.
 
You have first install your guest in MAC and copied it and replace it to another xp host machine? If you do so its may happen that windows can read all file of copied vm.
