    Hello. I have a virtual machine with Windows, it runs and connects the necessary VPN client. Everything works in the virtual machine, but I want to use the established VPN connection in the virtual machine on the main host.

    What I tried:

    * Switched Network to Shared Network (Recommended).
    * Domain, Private, Publick network - Firewalls are off in the Windows settings.
    * (How to share Internet connection from Windows Virtual Machine to Mac OS?) - read this article, it looks outdated; there is no 'Parallels Host-Only' in the settings.
    * (How to share Internet connection from the Virtual Machine?) - also looks outdated; there is no 'Parallels Host-Guest' in the settings.

    Is that even possible? Please help me, it's very important and I don't know what to do anymore.

    I use:
    * Parellels Desktop 18 for Mac, Pro Edition, Version 18.1.1 (53328)
    * macOS Monterey, Version 12.6.2

    Thank you for reaching out to us.

    Sharing a VPN connection from the virtual machine back into the macOS is not natively supported.

    To attempt to achieve this, would require setting custom routing of IP traffic between macOS and virtual machine and the VPN network adapter, specific DNS settings, and on top of that, not all VPN traffic can be configured in such a specific way, some will block it as an added security measure.

    There are also additional routing issues that might be caused by attempting to set this up, so there are no recommendations on the subject.

    This may not be possible to achieve at all, however there are some forum posts that explored the possibility, although it was a while ago:
