Hi,
I do have a similar problem. Magic moue 2 works with shift (shift on mac, not an external keyboard) on mac book pro 15" mid-2012. Logitech mouse M185.

I do have a similar problem. Magic moue 2 works with shift (shift on mac, not an external keyboard) on mac book pro 15" mid-2012. But with Logitech mouse, the M185 shift does not work on Altium 19.1. It looks like a shift on 2D is doing nothing but on 3D does different things compare to Magic Mouse 2. I hope this helps.
