Shortcut to auto-start on Mac Desktop (need to get it back)

Hi all: I was having lots of problems last night with my desktops, both host and guest. I accidently deleted my Mac shortcut to auto-start that was on the desktop. I really like that feature. Can someone tell me how to recreate that shortcut.

Stupid question, but I just can't figure out how to do it!
