Shutdown fails windows 2003 PD5.0

Hello I have a clean new installation of windows2003 running on Parallels for Mac v5. When ever I shutdown prl_cc.exe will not end even if I try and force. Parallels becomes unstable and locks up. This was not the case under PD4 I have re-installed tools but still no luck.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
 
Hello, could you please run your VM and generate the problem report when it happens. To generate the report go to the PD5 menu -> Help -> Report a Problem, and then send me the ID
