After updating to version 13 (MasOS Sierra 10.12.6) I can´t start Windows 10 with the Windows desktop. No way to get it, no switch between. I can only see the tiles.
    Knows anybody what to do?

Hello Klaus-PeterW, to exit coherence mode, please click on two red lines(On the Mac menu bar) > View > Exit coherence mode and check if this works. To know more, please refer this article Thanks!

    Thanks for your answer...

After exit coherence I get the desktop background picture and some parts of the task bar but not the normal desktop.
    The start button doesn´t work.
With Parallels Desktop 11 it worked perfekt in both modes.

To disable the tablet mode, please follow as suggested below:

1.Click Settings in the Start Menu.
    2.Select System.
3.Select Tablet mode in the left pane and kindly disable that and see if this works. Thanks!

You're welcome. Please let us know the Windows virtual machine version you are using? Is it Windows 8.1 or Windows 10? Thanks!
