Since upgrading to version 13.3.0 (433210) sharing no longer works

Hello,
Even since taking the latest update to Parellels desktop I have lost all sharing between the guest Windows 10 operating system, and my macOS High Sierra host operating system. Nothing else has changed. No shared folders show up on the Windows side, and copy and paste between the two also no longer works.

Hi Accollon. Please refer this article to reinstall Parallels Tools in the virtual machine and check if it helps.

I have done this several times and still no luck!

My team mates are able to do it may be because they are on the older version. Its very diffcult to wrok like this please suggest whats the workaround for this issue

I have done this several times and still no luck!

Let's just check for Shared Profile setting now. Please shut Windows down, open the virtual machine configuration window, navigate to Options -> Sharing -> Share Mac and enable 'Shared Profile'.

I'm experiencing similar issues after updating to 13.3.0 - My desktop was shared before the update, and no I can't access the Mac files from the Windows interface. I've attached a screenshot of my sharing settings. In addition, the update deleted all sorts of program files- License data, application login information, application settings, all of it is just gone.

I have tried reinstalling parallels tools and it made no difference.

I also have this problem. MacOS 10.13.4, Parallels 13.3.1 Pro Edition and Windows XP guest. None of the steps above resolved the issue. Mac doesn't see XP drives nor vice-versa.
