Sizing my Window

When I first turn on Paralles and not in the full screen mode, the image on my MAC desktop is so large that I can't see the start menu at the bottom of the image on the screen. I can't seem to find a way to re-size the window image to allow me to get to the start menu. Is there a way to resize this first window so I can see the start menu without going to the full screen mode? Please Help Me:confused:

I'm no guru by any means, but if you right click the mouse on the Windows desktop a panel will pop up. Choose Properties, then Settings, you wil get to a panel, with slider, where you can resize the window. Select a setting that suits you. You may be asked if you want to retain the setting, in which case you would select ok.

I think that will do it for you.

Thanks so much. It worked!! I thought I had tried that before and it didn't work but I guess I was doing something else. Thanks so much for the help.
