Hi, Building (as in compiling) an XNA framework application in Visual Studio 2008 under Parallels is really slow (over a minute for a solution with 5 or 6 projects, where it takes less than 5 seconds when booted straight into Windows). Also, when debugging, every debugging step takes a full second, where normally this is instantaneous. I have a new MacBook Pro with 3.06 GHz Core 2 Duo and 4 GB of RAM (1.5 of which are available to the virtual Windows). I don't have any other applications running at the same time, neither in the image nor under MacOS itself. Does anyone have a similar setup? Do you experience the same behavior, and/or know of a solution? Thanks! Zeus / Patrick
i'm having same issue when using visual studio solutions on parallels - i'm dumping it and moving to using bootcamp instead.
